1. Service Agreement

All renovation and remodeling services are governed by a separate written contract between Home Revamp Deals and the client. This contract will detail project scope, timeline, pricing, payment schedule, and warranty terms. In case of conflict, the executed contract supersedes these Terms.

2. Estimates & Pricing

Free estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Fixed-price quotes are based on the scope described at the time of estimation. Any changes requested by the client may result in additional charges via written change orders.

3. Payment Terms

Project payments are typically structured as: 30% deposit upon contract signing, 30% at midpoint, 30% near completion, and 10% at final walkthrough. Payment methods accepted include bank transfer, credit card, and certified check.

4. Warranty

Home Revamp Deals provides a 5-year workmanship warranty on all renovation projects, with extended 10-year coverage on Luxury Transformation packages. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, natural disasters, or unauthorized modifications.

5. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel a project within 3 business days of contract signing for a full refund of deposit. Cancellations after this period may be subject to forfeiture of deposit and payment for work completed up to cancellation date.

6. Limitation of Liability

Home Revamp Deals's liability is limited to the total contract value of the project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from services rendered.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Montana.
